- Sealed hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, medical supplies) once unsealed
These exclusions do not affect your right to return faulty goods.

Return postage costs:
- Customer pays when returning due to a change of mind
- Hill’s Vulcanising pays if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or if otherwise agreed in writing
We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving them at [email protected], including your order number and photos where relevant.
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- A full refund
- A repair
- A replacement (at no cost to you)
If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement under UK consumer law.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Business Customers
This Policy applies primarily to consumers. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, the following additional terms apply:
No Cooling-Off Period
Business customers do not benefit from the 14-day cooling-off period that applies to consumer online purchases.
Eligibility for Returns (B2B)
Business orders may only be returned if:
- The goods are faulty,
- The goods are not as described, or
- We have agreed in writing to accept a discretionary return.
For agreed discretionary returns:
- Goods must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition
- A restocking fee may apply
- The business customer must cover all return shipping costs
Faulty or Defective Goods (B2B)
For business orders:
- Any visible defects, shortages, or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- For manufacturing defects discovered later, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion
- We accept no liability for business losses, including loss of profit, downtime, or consequential loss arising from faulty goods
Warranty Claims
Where goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty:
- We will assist with your claim
- Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer, not Hill’s Vulcanising
Incorrectly Ordered Items
If a business customer orders the wrong size, specification, or type:
- Returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing beforehand
- Approved returns may be subject to inspection and restocking fees
Payment Terms for Business Orders
If credit or invoice terms have been agreed:
- Refunds or credits will only be issued once all outstanding balances are settled
- Refunds may be issued as an account credit or to the original payment method.

Governing Law
