Brand New, High-Quality Conveyor Belts

At Hill’s Vulcanising, we can supply a wide range of new conveyor belts, from 5mm to 20mm in thickness (heavy-duty). To ensure your products are transported safely from one area to the next, our new conveyor belt is manufactured to DIN 22101 and BS 490 standards. We supply our customers with different grades of conveyor belts and rubber.

Commercial rubber from 1.5mm to 25mm thick, Insertion rubber 1.5mm to 10mm thick (suitable for conveyor skirts, etc.). With conveyor belts, there are too many different types to list. Some of the most popular standard grades are:

  • 250/2 with 3mm and 1.5mm rubber covers 7mm thick.
  • 400/3 with 3mm and 1.5mm rubber covers 8mm thick.
  • 500/3 with 5mm and 1.5mm rubber covers 10mm thick.
  • 630/4 with 5mm and 2mm rubber covers 14mm thick or with 8mm and 2mm rubber covers 17mm thick.
  • 1000/4 and 1250/5 with various rubber covers and thickness.

With the 250/2 belt the 250 refers to the belt strength, and the 2 is the number of Plys in the belt. The thicker rubber cover is on the top and the thinner the back cover. Some belts are also available with a fabric slideback instead of a rubber back. Chevron belts are available with 15mm high cleats, 25mm high cleats, and 32mm high cleats. with various pattern widths. We also supply custom-made cleated belts with various sizes of cleats. All the belts above are available in different widths.
